Q. Why should I spend money to stage my house, won’t it sell anyway?
A. It might, be you will have a much greater advantage over other houses on the market if your home is staged. Statistics show that staged homes sell faster and for more money! Staging is a great investment worth making!

Q. Can I do it myself by just watching shows on HGTV?
A. HGTV is great and we love it too! But you really need an expert in staging, such as an Accredited Staging Professional™, who is trained in the techniques of staging a property for sale and creating the ‘WOW’ factor that attracts potential buyers.

Q. We’re not planning to move or sell our house but we want it to look like a model home, can we have it staged?
A. Of course! Our Redesign or Makeover services are just right for you. We also call this ‘staging to live.’ We’ll use what you have, and possibly add new furnishings, to rearrange your home to create a whole new look.

Q. We are remodeling our kitchen and need help with what color to paint the walls and the right choice for countertop and cabinets, can we get help with that?
A. Absolutely! We specialize in remodeling consultation and even have recommended contractors we work with to get the job done once the selections have been made.
